	Hospital sale gets go-ahead 05/07/2008 HUMC and Touro University College of Medicine closed their $45 million purchase of bankrupt Pascack Valley Hospital after hearing that the state attorney general had no objection to the sale and would not require a public hearing.
	Sale of hospital approved 03/26/2008 Despite objections, the $45 million sale of the bankrupt Pascack Valley Hospital (PVH) site to Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC) and Touro University College of Medicine was approved by a federal court judge last week.
