Borough ordinance limits parking on Chestnut Street

On Dec. 18, the borough adopted an ordinance to prohibit parking on Chestnut Street at certain times. Based on an amendment to the Borough Code, parking will be prohibited at all times on the north side of Chestnut Street between Kinderkamack Road and Bland Street.
Furthermore, parking on the south side of Chestnut Street will be limited to two hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
