Section of Hillsdale Avenue closed

For the next five weeks, Hillsdale Avenue will be closed from Ell Road east to Pascack Road from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Residents got word of the closure through a reverse 911 call last weekend. A notice is also posted on the borough Web site, www.hillsdalenj.org and at www.hillsdalepolice.com.
United Water is installing new mains in the area that are expected to improve water pressure in the borough.
Motorists are advised to follow the detour signs posted in the area.
